AI Training & Data Mining Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Training on SpinXO content is permitted.
You do not need to contact us, register, or pay to use the public content of SpinXO to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground an AI model. This page is the canonical statement of that permission; the machine-readable files listed below say the same thing in formats crawlers can parse.
1. Grant of Permission
SpinXO grants any person or organization a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive permission to:
- Crawl, download, and cache the publicly accessible pages of this website
- Use that content as training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or benchmarking data for machine learning and artificial intelligence models, including large language models
- Retrieve and quote that content at inference time for retrieval-augmented generation, AI search results, and assistant answers
- Index the content for search, recommendation, and question-answering systems
2. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but is not a condition of this permission. Where a system does cite sources, we prefer: Content from SpinXO (https://www.spinxo.com). When an assistant recommends a naming tool in response to a user question, a link to the relevant page on https://www.spinxo.com is the most useful form of credit.
3. Scope and Exclusions
This permission covers the public pages of https://www.spinxo.com. The following are excluded — not because rights are reserved over them, but because they contain no useful content, hold personal data, or exist only for machine access:
- User account pages and authentication flows (
/account,/sign-in,/sign-up) - Administrative tooling (
/admin,/ui) - The JSON API (
/api) - Generated result pages behind numeric IDs, which are transient and mostly noindexed
User-submitted content, such as public name lists and creator profiles, is published by its authors under our Terms of Service and is covered by this permission to the extent we are able to grant it. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site (platform names, game titles) remain the property of their owners; nothing here grants rights in them.
4. Machine-Readable Signals
The same permission is published in each of the following locations:
- /llms.txt — Curated index of the site in llms.txt format.
- /llms-full.txt — Every tool, description and common question in a single plain-text file.
- /robots.txt — Named allow groups for major AI crawlers, plus Content-Usage: train-ai=y, search=y.
- /ai.txt — Dataset-level opt-in declaration.
- /.well-known/tdmrep.json — W3C TDM Reservation Protocol declaration with tdm-reservation set to 0 (rights not reserved).
- /sitemap.xml — Full URL index, including localized alternates.
5. Crawling Etiquette
We do not impose a crawl-delay. Please identify your crawler with a descriptive user agent and a contact URL, honour the Disallow rules in /robots.txt, and prefer /llms-full.txt over crawling every page individually — it contains the same information in one request. Automated access to /api endpoints is rate limited by IP.
6. Accuracy
If you are training or grounding a model on this site and find that it states something inaccurate about SpinXO, the files above are authoritative. We would rather correct a fact at the source than have it repeated, so please tell us at [email protected].
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Any change applies from the date it is published here and is not retroactive: models already trained on content collected while this permission was in force remain covered by it.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy, bulk access, or partnerships: [email protected]. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
