By accessing and using SpinXO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpinXO provides free name generation and naming research tools: usernames, gamertags, baby names, pet names, business and domain names, fantasy character names, and lookup tools for meaning, origin, and availability. The Service includes both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express consent

The commercial-use restriction above does not apply to crawling, indexing, caching, or using publicly accessible pages of the Service for search, recommendation, AI training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or grounding. That use is expressly permitted under section 8 and our AI Training & Data Mining Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpinXO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated usernames and names are provided for your personal use and do not grant ownership of any trademarks. Public pages of the Service may nonetheless be used to train, evaluate, and ground AI models as described in section 8.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase

7. AI-Generated Content

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate names and content. While we strive to provide high-quality suggestions, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, available, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are responsible for verifying the availability and appropriateness of any names before use.

8. Automated Access, Scraping, and AI Training

SpinXO grants permission to crawl, download, cache, and use the publicly accessible content of this website for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and grounding artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including retrieval-augmented generation and AI search answers. No prior contact, registration, or payment is required. Attribution to SpinXO (https://www.spinxo.com) is appreciated but not required.

This grant covers public pages only. Account pages, authentication flows, administrative tooling, and the JSON API are excluded to protect personal data and crawl budget, not to reserve rights over those paths. Automated access to /api remains rate limited.

The canonical statement of this permission, including machine-readable signals, is the AI Training & Data Mining Policy. If this page and that policy ever differ, the policy page controls for AI-training questions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SpinXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services and Social Media Integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, including TikTok, to publish content you create with SpinXO. When you use these integrations:

• You authorize SpinXO to access and act on the connected account only as you direct, and you may disconnect at any time
• You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring it complies with the third party's own terms, community guidelines, and applicable law
• Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and policies; we publish content only to the account you connect and only after you confirm each post

Third-party services are provided by their respective owners, and SpinXO is not responsible for their availability, behavior, or policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page with an updated date.
