Delete your SpinXO account

On the website

1. Sign in with the email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account you used for SpinXO. The button above takes you there.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your profile, saved name lists, and dream journal are removed from the public site immediately. We keep the account record for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it is deleted.

In the SpinXO Username Generator app

1. Open SpinXO and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Under Manage, tap Delete my Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

If you already uninstalled the app, use the website or the email button on this page instead. Do not reinstall the app just to delete the account.

If you have Premium

Cancel the subscription first, or it will keep renewing after the account is closed. Then delete the account.

• Android: Google Play subscriptions, or Manage Subscription in the app.
• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Manage Subscription in the app.
• Website: Billing.

If the subscription is already cancelled, you can delete the account once the current period ends. To delete it sooner, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will close it for you.

What is deleted

• Your profile, including name, email, and photo
• Saved names, lists, prompt history, and dream journal
• Tokens for connected social accounts, such as TikTok

Google Play, Apple, and Stripe keep their own payment records. We may also keep security logs for a limited time to prevent fraud. Those records are not used to keep the account active.

Ask by email

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my SpinXO account" and the email address on the account. You can also write [email protected]. We will delete the account and the data listed above. This is the path to use if you cannot sign in.
